A very appropriate comparison to aging and the menopause journey – why hang out there and suffer? Keep going and do something about it.
Attitude towards aging:
I used to say “it’s not going to happen to me”, but guess what…it did and still does. So, I work on the things that are important to me, my doctor, and my lifestyle. Consciously trying to slow the aging process and not suffering through it, is like owning a boat. To enjoy it, you can’t just take it out and run it – it needs fuel, oil, and a ton of continuous maintenance….or it will sink.
Bonnie lives in a small town in Florida, with her dog Bailey Blue. She loves the beach and sun, laughing with her friends and dancing to live music (whether she’s good at it remains to be seen).
